You will establish the data and evaluation foundation that makes neural-intent research traceable, comparable, and ready to inform system decisions.

Data architecture for EEG, EMG, and multimodal interaction studies
Standards for metadata, annotation, quality control, access, and lifecycle management
Reproducible pipelines linking data, models, configurations, and evaluation results
Evaluation protocols across users, devices, sessions, and task conditions
Safeguards against data leakage, including subject isolation and locked test sets
Analysis connecting offline metrics with online task performance
Company-wide practices for experiment review, failure analysis, and model readiness

Experience in machine-learning data engineering, experimental design, statistics, or model evaluation
Strong judgment about dataset separation, reproducibility, and sources of evaluation bias
Fluency with Python, SQL, and modern data-processing workflows
The ability to translate research standards into reliable systems and clear documentation
A rigorous approach to data provenance, uncertainty, and cross-team decision-making

Familiarity with BIDS, BIDS-EEG, NWB, or adjacent scientific data standards
Experience with MLOps, experiment tracking, data versioning, or model registries
Exposure to research governance, informed consent, privacy, or longitudinal studies
Practical work with confidence intervals, calibration, statistical power, or bias diagnosis

Define a foundational platform used across neural models and interactive systems
Work directly with algorithm, experiment, hardware, and product teams
Shape company-level evaluation standards from an early stage
Project-based rewards and long-term incentives for exceptional contributors
