This role sits between neural engineering, machine learning, and embodied interaction. The work connects research questions, data, evaluation, papers, patents, and responsible engineering practice.
What you will build
- Research data aligned with tasks, behavior, and outcomes
- Neural-signal processing and machine-learning methods for intent interpretation
- Evaluation methods that connect model evidence with interaction quality
- Research outputs and technical documentation
- Task-based research and evaluation studies
What we value
- A PhD or current doctoral study in a field relevant to neural engineering, signal processing or artificial intelligence
- Hands-on experience with EEG, EMG, multimodal learning or adjacent neural-signal systems
- The ability to move between research questions, reproducible experiments and engineering delivery
- Interest in embodied intelligence and in translating research into products
