Lead neural-sensing hardware development

WABO is looking for the founding technical lead for its neural-sensing hardware program. You will help turn early engineering work into reliable hardware systems.

What you will own

• Lead system design, integration, and validation for neural-sensing hardware
• Establish quality, reliability, and manufacturability practices
• Coordinate engineering delivery across internal and external collaborators
• Resolve technical risks throughout iterative development

• Demonstrated ownership of complex electronics from architecture to validation
• Strong understanding of biosignal acquisition and hardware-system design
• Practical experience resolving manufacturability, reliability and production issues
• The judgment and leadership required for a technical-partner track
